Dill Beans
Ingredients:

Cooking Directions:

4 quarts string beans
4 cups vinegar
4 cups water
1/2 cup salt
4 garlic cloves
4 dill heads

Wash and stem string beans. Pack tightly into sterilized jars. Combine
vinegar, water and salt in a sauce pan. Heat, stirring to dissolve salt.
Pour over beans. Add a clove of garlic and 1 head dill per jar. Process
in a hot water bath.

This recipe yields 4 quarts.
