Orange Jelly Made From Frozen Concentrated Juice

3 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 bottle liquid pectin
3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate -- (1 six-oz can)

Stir the sugar into the water. Place on high heat and, stirring
constantly, bring quickly to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred
down. Add lemon juice. Boil hard for 1 minute.

Remove from heat. Stir in pectin. Add thawed concentrated orange juice
and mix well. Pour jelly immediately into hot, sterile canning jars to
1/4-inch from top. Seal and process 5 minutes in a boiling water bath.

This recipe yields 4 or 5 half-pint jars.
