| Orange-Grapefruit Jelly Made From Frozen Concentrate |
Ingredients:

3 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 bottle liquid pectin
1 can frozen concentrated orange-grapefruit
juice -- (6 oz)
Stir sugar into water. Place on high heat and, stirring constantly, bring
quickly to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down. Add lemon
juice. Boil hard for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in pectin. Add thawed, concentrated
orange-grapefruit juice and mix well.
Pour immediately into hot containers, seal and process 5 minutes in a
boiling water. Remove jars; cool and store.
This recipe yields 5 six-ounce glasses.
