| Sweet 'n' Sour Pickles |

1 jar dill pickles
1 cup sugar
These are wonderfully easy, and everyone loves them! Buy an inexpensive
jar of dill pickles. Drain the brine and dispose. Cut the dill pickles
into chunky slices (about 1/2-inch thick.) Put them back into the jar,
and cover with a cup of sugar.
Turn the jar every day for a week. New 'syrup' will form, and your
pickles will be crisp and delicious! People swear they're homemade.
